Ichiga has returned and leaving behind his most beloved guardian spirit. An incident occurs in which the king, who has returned without anyone's knowledge, is attacked by an assassin. In the process of searching for the culprit, Eli, the guardian spirit, and his comrade Tsuman catch the king's eye and are selected as guards.
