Humanity is facing potential destruction from mysterious monsters called "Huge". To salvage what's left, young women known as "Lilies" fight using advanced weapons called "CHARMs". Gardens, which are training institutions for Lilies, have been established worldwide as bases of resistance against the Huge. In Tokyo, Yurigaoka Girls Academy is one such garden where Riri Hitotsuyanagi, a new student, has formed Team Hitotsuyanagi with newfound comrades. They embark on a mission that takes them to Tokyo, and as the story unfolds, the fates of Yurigaoka Girls Academy, Ludovic Girls Academy, Herensuge Girls Academy, Kanba Girls School of Arts, Odaiba Girls School, and Sagami Women's High School begin to intertwine.
