Synopsis
Once upon a time, Jyushin had its own team of elite inspectors who roamed the lands in disguise, seeking out corrupt officials and bringing them to justice. Sadly, Jyushin's glory days are long gone and the world has become a dark and treacherous place where the cries of the suffering go unanswered. Nevertheless, there is still one lone inspector who continues to wander the land, determined to make a difference. In 2017, a reboot of the manga was released as a webtoon manhwa, featuring recut and recolored panels to suit the new format.
