Min Jae-joon, a urologist who dislikes gangsters but has a thing for well-endowed men, meets Kite, a gangster with a impressive package, while covering for his senior at the hospital. Consumed by desire, Jae-joon secretly hooks up with Kite, planning to keep it a one-time thing. However, instead of keeping it under wraps, he leaves a note, which leads to Kite catching up with him.
