Synopsis
Scientists have discovered a new substance that can fully withstand all existing weapons. Unfortunately, this substance, dubbed the "peacemakers," has resulted in traditional warfare being replaced with a frenzy of martial arts contests. Rasputin and Russian President Putinov have teamed up to oversee the substance's administration worldwide, while a team of muscular heroes led by Axe Bogan and American President Billary Quintone oppose them.
