From Chime: Yukito is an angel who is sent to study on Earth as punishment for his bad grades. His assignment is to give angel powers to a human. He accidentally gives these powers to his classmate Hiyoko, a girl who's super happy but not very smart. She also has a crush on Yukito, much to his disgust.
